Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of verification in addition to your password.

SMS Verification

Receive a 6-digit code via text message when logging in from a new device.

Email Verification

Receive a verification link via email when logging in from a new device.

Setting Up 2FA

  1. Log into your account portal
  2. Go to "Security Settings"
  3. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
  4. Choose your preferred method (SMS or Email)
  5. Enter your phone number or email address
  6. Verify your contact method with the code sent
  7. Save your settings

Scammers may send fake emails pretending to be from PulseNet.

  • • Check the sender's email address carefully

Phone Scams

Scammers may call claiming to be from PulseNet support.

  • • Verify the caller's identity
  • • Don't provide personal information
  • • Hang up and call us directly

Reporting Security Issues

  2. Enable two-factor authentication if not already enabled

  4. Monitor your account for unauthorized activity
  5. Report to relevant authorities if necessary
