Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the standards and expectations for using services provided by The Nerd Herd AU T/AS Pulsenet. All customers and users must comply with this policy to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful online environment.

- Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): illegal conduct, security threats, copyright infringement, harassment, fraud, distributing offensive or unlawful content, and interfering with other users or services.
- Do not attempt to access, monitor, or interfere with other users' data, systems, or networks without permission.
- Do not resell our services or act as a carriage service provider without our written consent.
- Do not use our services to store credit card data without our express written consent.
3. Spam and Unsolicited Messages
- Do not use our services to send spam or unsolicited commercial electronic messages, or to assist others in doing so.
- Do not use or distribute software designed to harvest email addresses or host open mail relays.
- We may monitor for and take action against spam or misconfigured mail servers, including restricting or suspending your service if necessary.
4. Excessive or Unreasonable Use
- Use the service within any download or capacity limits of your plan.
- Do not use the service in a way that unreasonably impacts our network or other users, such as excessive downloads, denial of service attacks, or overloading services.
- Personal plans are for ordinary personal use; business plans are for use in the ordinary course of business.
5. Security and Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your devices, accounts, and passwords.
- Take steps to prevent unauthorised use, such as using firewalls, antivirus software, and secure passwords.
- You are responsible for all charges incurred by anyone using your service, including those to whom you have given access.
6. Copyright and Content
- Do not use our services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Only copy, store, or distribute content if you have the legal right to do so.
- We may remove content or suspend services if we receive a complaint or believe content infringes on rights or laws.
7. Content Responsibility and Filtering
- You are responsible for the content you access, store, or distribute using our services.
- Take steps to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate content (e.g., use filtering software).
- We cooperate with law enforcement and may provide information to authorities as required by law.
8. Breach of Policy
- We may restrict, suspend, or cancel your service if you or anyone using your service breaches this policy.
- We will generally notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue, but for serious or repeated breaches, we may suspend or cancel your service immediately.
- If your service is cancelled due to a breach, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of pre-paid charges, minus any reasonable costs incurred due to the breach.
