Accessing Account Settings
How to Access Your Settings
- Log into your account portal
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Choose the section you want to modify
- Make your changes and save
You can also access settings directly from the main navigation menu.

Updating Contact Details
Primary Contact
- • Full name
- • Email address
- • Phone number
- • Mobile number
Service Address
- • Street address
- • City and state
- • Postal code
- • Property type
⚠️ Important: Changes to your service address may require a service availability check and could affect your plan eligibility.
Security Settings
Password Management
Changing Your Password
- Go to "Security" section in Account Settings
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Create a new strong password
- Confirm the new password
- Save changes
Password Requirements
- • Minimum 8 characters
- • At least one uppercase letter
- • At least one lowercase letter
- • At least one number
- • At least one special character
Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security to your account with two-factor authentication.
You'll receive a verification code when logging in from a new device.
