How can I check if internet is available in my area?
Most properties are within areas where nbn services are available and can connect, but some may require additional preparation or installation work. In rare cases, certain premises may not be eligible for connection.
- New developments will encure a $300 new NBN connection fee
- There may need to be wiring installed or routed for services.
- In rare cases, internal wiring may not be up to standard and may need future work from a telecommunications trades person

What type of equipment do I need to use to connect?

Most Australian internet providers enable automatic configuration for NBN connections. When switching to PulseNet, ensure your WAN settings are set to IPoE or DHCP. This will allow the system to automatically configure and get you connected.

In rare cases, you may need to log into your device using the details provided on its label to update these settings manually. While we can offer assistance over the phone, it’s important to note that some devices may be locked to your previous provider, limiting our ability to help.
